Ace It Events was built for celebrations with energy, gatherings with intention, and everything in between. A place where laughter in front of a camera, conversation over a beautifully served drink, and an afternoon spent slowing down could all belong, without asking every occasion to look or feel the same.
Because no two occasions are exactly alike and we don’t believe they should be.
Ace It! was created to bring personality, energy, and thoughtful touches to the parts of a gathering guests interact with, enjoy, and remember.

Meet Haven
I’ve never been someone who believes in doing things just because that’s the way they’ve always been done. I ask questions. I notice details. I rethink what could be better, more personal, more exciting, or simply more memorable. And if something feels ordinary, my mind is usually already figuring out how to make it feel different.
That curiosity has taken me through different worlds, from events and communication to wellness and the study of how people move, feel, and interact.
On paper, those paths may look unrelated. To me, they’ve shaped the way I see people and the way I create. I pay attention not only to what something looks like, but to the energy around it: Who is laughing? Who feels included? What will someone still be talking about tomorrow?
I’m Haven, Founder and Lead Experience Curator of Ace It Events. I’m imaginative, detail-obsessed, endlessly curious, passionate and deeply invested in the things I create. Ace It is where all of those pieces of me finally have a place to live together and I’m excited to share what we create with you.

How Wellness Inspired Ace It
Long before Ace It Events, my path had already taken me through the event world, producing fashion shows and networking events. Eventually, I stepped away and built something entirely different: Hidden Gem Spa. What began with hands-on wellness grew into Hidden Gem Wellness, expanding beyond individual care into breathwork, sound healing, wellness coaching, retreats, and group gatherings.
As that side of my work grew, so did an idea I couldn't ignore. I wanted to create wellness retreats from beginning to end, not only step into someone else's event as the practitioner, but shape the entire day while still being able to do the work I love within it. I wanted the freedom to imagine the setting, the flow, the activities, and all the little touches that turn a gathering into something people genuinely enjoy being part of.
But somewhere along the way, I realized my vision was bigger than retreats. I missed the excitement too. I wanted the calm and the exciting, the stillness of a sound bath and the laughter around a photo booth; an afternoon designed to recharge and an evening with friends gathered around a beautiful beverage cart.
That realization became Ace It Events: a company with room for different kinds of celebration and different ways of enjoying life.
Through our collaboration with Hidden Gem Wellness, wellness remains an important part of what we create, but it is one part of a much bigger vision.
We made room for both because life has room for both. Some days call for slowing down and resetting.
Others call for laughter, a camera, and a reason to raise a glass.
At Ace It!, we believe all of them are worth celebrating.

From the person welcoming guests at the photo booth, to the bartender crafting a drink, to the wellness professional guiding a group through something new,
every team member plays a part in shaping the atmosphere of the day.
